At school with the circular economy

For the third year in a row, the Riccoboni Group ran the educational project “A scuola con… economia circolare!”, which is part of the “PiantiAMO il Futuro” initiatives.

Throughout the 2025/2026 school year, all the students from the Predosa and Sezzadio primary school, over one hundred children, were involved in educational meetings on the environment and training on Agenda 2030 topics.

These educational meetings were designed to be connected by teachers to curricular subjects, based on the specific differences in learning level depending on the class attended, as well as to civic education teaching according to guidelines from the Italian Ministry of Education.

The classroom workshop took place using dynamic, engaging teaching techniques in order to make environmental sustainability a real experience.

The following tools were used during the teaching activities: discussing ideas and thoughts, roleplay and movement games, and group activities.

“We believe that you mainly learn about sustainability through direct involvement and experience”, confirmed Ilaria Riccoboni, the Riccoboni Group’s Communications Manager.

“This project therefore continues to accompany students as they explore the circular economy with a practical, hands-on approach, helping them to understand how even small everyday actions can help produce a positive impact on the environment and society”.
